Waiver and Release of Liability
I understand the Catalytic Converter Anti-theft program is a voluntary program. I agree that I am participating in this anti-theft program of my own free will and I accept any and all risks associated with participating in the anti-theft program. I hereby waive any and all claims that I may have from participating in this anti-theft program and release from any and all liability 1) the approved automotive service providers participating in the anti-theft program, and 2) Washoe County and the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office and all officers, staff, and employees of Washoe County and the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
